One of the reasons that there was no extensive use of sea level rise or fall graphs is that I had lost all source code and data on two drives due to a defective installation program.
I then had to use PSMSL graphs because I had not downloaded the Permanent Service for Mean Sea Level (PSMSL) data to replace the previous data.
Now I have finally been able to do that.

It processes PSMSL and WOD zone data as you can see at Fig. 3 (sea level rise history in the WOD zones outlined in Fig. 1, and graphed as to mean average temperatures in Fig. 2).
The software modules that analyze all of the upward and downward temperature movement, then condenses the data into mean averages per zone, were also presented.
Then the mean average effects for all equatorial zones was calculated:
Per-zone averages for 62 WOD Zones(The Warming Science Commentariat - 9, emphasis in original). The same WOD zone data that produced a net "0.00202788 C per year" (0.003650184 F) temperature increase result, for all zones and all depths combined, has stark contrast with the PSMSL data on sea level rise.
(temperatures are in deg. C)
=======
Concerning change trends, the average was 91 upward& 88 downward trends.
Average changes per depth level were:
0-200m = 0.975682
200-400m = 0.0452542
400-600m = 0.00631903
600-800m = -0.0922035
800-1000m = -0.103676
1000-3000m = -0.453491
>3000m = 0.40285
Average change, all 7 levels: 0.111534
-------
Years involved: 1961 -> 2016 (55 yrs)
Average annual change per zone:
(0.111534 ÷ 55):
0.00202788 C per year

That is, the graph of the sea level rise in the same equatorial zones (Fig. 3) is in stark contrast to the minuscule temperature rise graph (Fig. 2).
What we would expect from the warm-water equatorial regions around the Earth is a stark rise in temperatures to match the stark rise in sea level in the exact same equatorial zones.
We don't though, because the thermal expansion hypothesis is an ill advised myth (ibid), partially induced by Church et. al. PDF in 2011 ("Rising ... ocean thermal expansion ... is an important element of ... sea-level rise").
Prior to that, the myth was perpetuated in the IPCC 4th assessment (ibid, The Warming Science Commentariat - 9).
The bottom line question is: "did warming of 0.002 C yr (Fig. 2) cause the SLR and SLF pattern shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 ?"
The PSMSL station counts (and links) for each of the WOD Zones used to produce Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 are as follows:
WOD Zone [1000] had [2] PSMSL stations:Remember that all of these zones have the equator as either their southern or their northern border, so they are similar zones in terms of ocean temperature (we are not comparing apples and oranges). Stay tuned, spread the word, gravity is wireless (The Gravity of Sea Level Change, 2, 3, 4; The Ghost-Water Constant, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7).
